"Digital Transformation in Nursing, Innovations and Management Strategies for the Health of the Future"

The emergence and advancement of information and communication technologies have revolutionized our entire society. Transformations in the way we serve and provide care to individuals are increasingly present in the daily lives of professionals from the most varied areas of knowledge and this would be no different in the area of care and health. Thus, aiming to bring together students and professionals in the field to debate these transformations and technologies, PPGEn is holding another edition of the International Conference on Research in Human Resource Management in Nursing and Health (CIPEGEN).

Among the many subareas of study, this edition will feature activities focused on the themes of Translational IT; Education; Professional training and training; Telenursing; Clinical informatics and care management; Management/Management based on evidence and data.

Thematic Groups

This edition of the event has five thematic groups, subdivided into guiding subthemes, to which interested students and researchers can submit works according to their areas of interest.

ET01. Translational informatics

In this thematic group, the most varied aspects of studies and research relating to the topic of translational information technology will be addressed, including: the global and Brazilian panorama of digital health, data security, ethical and legal aspects, media and social networks.

ET02 .Education, training and professional training

This axis seeks to encourage debate on the following subtopics of education, training and training such as hybrid teaching, remote teaching, distance learning, skills, training policies for health professions with emphasis on nursing.

ET03. Telenursing

Information and communication technologies are tools for the care and management work process of health and nursing workers, including telenursing. In this axis, legal guidelines and aspects, good practices, successful experiences, as well as the main platforms used will be addressed.

ET04. Clinical informatics and care management

In this thematic axis, the most varied aspects of studies relating to the topic of clinical informatics and care management will be addressed, among them: electronic health and nursing records, digital certification, standardized language, quality criteria for electronic nursing records and requirements for nursing decision support systems.

ET05. Management/Management based on evidence and data

Analytical intelligence is revolutionizing resource management in the most varied areas of healthcare. In this thematic axis, aspects of studies relating to the topic of Management/Management based on evidence and data will be addressed, among them: support for managerial decision-making, artificial intelligence, information management, auditing technologies, sizing of human resources in nursing and health, quality of health services, patient safety, health work management, nursing and health costs.


CONFERENCES

With the aim of enriching and guiding discussions on topics of interest to the community of students, professionals and researchers, the organizing committee has invited important names of this study area. More info.

There are five thematic axes that aim to organize work on similar subjects and areas of study. The subdivision into themes facilitates the allocation of works and authors into groups related to their studies. More info.

Paper Submission

The submission of each work must be made to one of the five THEMATIC GROUPS and exclusively through the SISGEENCO digital platform, click here.

Papers may have a maximum of 6 (six) authors including the rapporteur. The rapporteur may register a maximum of 2 (two) works for presentation.

Abstracts of papers may be written in Portuguese, Spanish or English.

Papers may be proposed by professors, researchers, postgraduate and undergraduate students and health professionals. The Scientific Subcommittee, made up of experts in the guiding subtopics of each of the thematic groups, will analyze and select the papers based on their formal suitability, relevance and contribution to the area of knowledge.

Two files must be sent per paper, one specifying the authors and possible acknowledgments, and the other without any type of author identification, prepared according to the Template File proposed below.

The presentation of papers in the THEMATIC GROUPS (see SCHEDULE) and their publication in the ANNALS is subject to registration and payment of the event fees by the rapporteur of the accepted paper.
